How long would it take to outfit a conference room?
It depends. We determine key aspects of the solution which end up directing our steps on scheduling and time to completion. Certain aspects such as room speaker and microphone system (aka Audio Reinforcement) and Video Calling, along with the requirement on whether a remote control touch panel is needed help in this time assessment.
Can our staff still work in the area while the installation is going on?
Hopefully! In reality, we prefer full access to the room and facility when we go onsite to commission one of our designs. However, we understand the rhythm of business. We will propose solutions that can work with your site availability.
Do you sell just the equipment?
Yes. Many of our customers have established a relationship where with a simple email or call, we provide new equipment order processing. We provide fast and reliable service. Just submit and order and it is shipped directly to your location.
