When is a Room Builder room right for me?

The Room Builder room types are packaged systems meant for standard, smaller type room systems with no customizations.

Can I change my mind later?

Yes! The Room Builder tool is meant to help users derive approximate budgets to add collaboration technology to rooms.

What does your design assist service include?

Design Assistance provides an onsite or remote consultation with a technical staff member capable of providing guidance on the exact room types and optional items to make the system completely functional.

What do I do if I have other rooms that don’t fit into Room Builder?

You have a couple of options.

  1. Just let your Profound Account Representative know after you submit your Room Builder quote request.
  2. Choose the optional FirstStep service, and receive a technical onsite meeting from a Profound technical specialist.

How soon can you deliver these rooms?

Generally, our project cycles are ~45 days from approval. Once you approve the final proposal, Profound can deliver the systems in about 1.5 months.

Do you provide maintenance and warranty services?

Yes, we provide optional managed services, which includes phone support, as well as preventative and emergency onsite support.
