If you require immediate Crestron AV support, we recommend beginning with an initial on-site “First Step” visit. During this session, our certified Crestron installers document your system components, review network configurations, and assess your current setup. From there, our experienced Crestron integrator team prepares a tailored proposal for an upgrade, maintenance plan, or ongoing service contract.
We understand that giving clear cost information is critical to building trust and helping support our customers. We do provide a “First Step” onboarding service to help collect vital details and onboard your systems for maintenance and support. This service normally costs $1500-$2500. And a portion of the First Step cost is credited back against your eventual proposal.
